1. Return Window
We accept returns within the following timeframes after the order is delivered:

Unopened items: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

Opened (lightly tested) items: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery

Damage claims: Must be reported within 5 days of delivery
All return periods are based on the confirmed delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking information.
2. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following standards:
Unopened Items

Must be unused, unopened, and undamaged

Must include the original packaging and components

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Opened (Lightly Tested) Items
We accept returns of opened fragrances within 15 days, provided they are:

Only lightly tested (bottle still substantially full, clean atomizer)

Returned with all original items (box, cap, inserts, etc.)

Free of excessive use, wear, or damage
Items showing heavy use, missing parts, or damage may be denied.
All returns are inspected and approved at our discretion.

Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Our team will give you return instructions and offer label options (see below).
Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed in processing.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Label Options

Request a prepaid label:
We can email you a prepaid return label. A $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. -
Use your own label:
You may ship the return using any carrier. We strongly recommend a trackable and insured service.
The customer is responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to our Returns Department.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return arrives at our facility:

We inspect the item(s) within 10–14 days.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund Deductions

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

A $10.00 return label fee is deducted when our prepaid label is used

Additional shipping charges from refused or undeliverable orders may also be deducted (see below)
We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please initiate a return first and then place a new order once the refund is processed.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items

Items returned in used or damaged condition (beyond “lightly tested”)

Items missing original packaging or components

Returns sent after the applicable return window
If a return is denied, the customer may choose to have the item shipped back at their expense.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 5 days of delivery.
To assist with the claim, please provide:

Photos of the packaging (all sides)

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Photo of the packing slip next to the item

Unboxing video if available
Report damage via chat, email, or phone (contact details below).
Claims submitted after 5 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
9. Address Issues, Refused, and Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Refused delivery
-
Unclaimed package
We will refund the order once it is returned to our facility, minus all shipping costs (including outbound and return freight charged by the carrier).
If you prefer reshipment, we can resend once:

The correct address is confirmed, and
-
New shipping charges are paid
If the carrier does not return the package, no refund can be issued until it is received at our warehouse.
