Damaged Products

Need help with a damaged or missing order? We're here to guide you.


If your package arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

  • Report It Immediately: Use the chat box at the bottom right of our website to report the issue. Include your order number and a description of the damage.
  • Carrier Claim Required: Since 365 Fragrances is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, you’ll need to file a claim with the carrier. We’ll assist you with this process if needed.
  • What to Submit:
    • Clear photos of the damaged product (inside and outside of the box)
    • Photos of packaging materials, shipping label with tracking number, and all six sides of the package
    • Photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp usually found on one panel)
    • Box dimensions (height, length, width)
    • Invoice or receipt showing item value
  • File Formats Accepted: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, DOCX, TIFF, BMP
  • Keep Everything: Do not discard the product or packaging. The carrier may request an inspection.

Note: Refunds are not issued for items damaged during shipping unless the damage was caused by us.


Important Policies

  • Wrong Address: If the shipping address entered was incorrect, 365 Fragrances is not responsible for refunds unless the error was on our part.
  • Marked Delivered or Stolen: Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as delivered or reported stolen.
