Unreceived Products
If you didn’t receive your package, please take these steps:
- Double-Check Your Shipping Address: It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address during checkout.
- Track Your Order: Use the tracking number provided to check the latest delivery status.
- Contact the Carrier: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, reach out to the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx).
- Notify Us: Let us know via the website chat box. Provide your order number and tracking info.
- Check Locally: Ask neighbors, building managers, or others who might have accepted the delivery.
- Wait 24–48 Hours: Sometimes delivery statuses update before actual delivery.
Claims for Missing Packages
- File a claim with the carrier.
- We can help provide documentation, but we do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered or reported stolen.
Important Policies
- Wrong Address: If the shipping address entered was incorrect, 365 Fragrances is not responsible for refunds unless the error was on our part.
- Marked Delivered or Stolen: Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as delivered or reported stolen.
