Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 2:00 pm CST usually ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once it’s on the way.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically arrives in 2–8 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost, for orders that do not qualify for free shipping, is $5.95. We offer free ground shipping through UPS & USPS on orders over $50 (U.S. only).

Are fragrances shipped by air?

Yes, fragrances can be shipped via air, but are heavily regulated due to the restrictions on flammable liquids. At this time, we only offer ground shipping to our customers.

What’s your return policy?

30 days for unused and unopened products, 15 days for lightly tested products; restrictions apply.

How do I start a return?

Contact us with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and instructions. Returns without authorization may be refused.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We can modify or cancel orders before they ship. Once an order has been fulfilled, changes are no longer possible, but you may return it following our return policy.

How can I check my order status?

You can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. For additional updates, log into your account on our website or chat with our team, and we’ll be happy to help you.

I placed multiple orders—can they be shipped together?

If your orders haven’t shipped yet, contact us and we’ll do our best to combine them into one shipment. Shipping costs may be adjusted accordingly.

Are your products 100% authentic?

Yes, every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic, sourced from authorized distributors and trusted wholesalers. We do not sell imitations or knock-offs.

Do you sell tester bottles or samples?

We primarily offer retail packaging. When testers or samples are available, they are clearly marked on the product page.

How should I store my fragrance?

Keep your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve its quality and longevity.

Why does my fragrance smell different from one I purchased before?

Variations can occur due to differences in production batches, storage conditions, or natural ingredient aging. Rest assured, all our products are authentic and fresh.
