Where We Ship

We currently ship orders within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center:

We Ship To

  • All mainland U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii

We Do Not Ship To

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawaii (HI)
  • U.S. territories: AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, PR, VI
  • Military mail zones: AA, AE, AP
  • Freight forwarders, re-shippers, or business addresses

These restrictions are required due to carrier guidelines and federal regulations regarding the shipment of flammable fragrance products.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday are typically processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship on the next business day.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Due to fragrance shipping regulations, all packages are shipped using Ground services only.

No air or expedited shipping options are available.

A tracking number will be emailed once your shipping label is created. Tracking updates become active after the carrier performs the first package scan.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate domestic ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

  • Flat-Rate Ground Shipping: $6.95
  • Free Ground Shipping: Orders over $125 qualify automatically

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on order total and destination.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Free Shipping Promotion

Orders over $125 automatically qualify for Free Ground Shipping. No promo code is required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking updates begin once the carrier performs the first package scan.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

365 Perfumes is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us:

  • The order will be refunded minus original shipping charges and any carrier return fees.
  • If the package is not returned to our facility, a refund cannot be issued until it is received.

Orders may be reshipped once:

  • A corrected shipping address is provided
  • Additional shipping fees are paid
